I built Fluentra because I was Tired of Seeing Talented Professionals Get Overlooked.
Throughout my career, I met brilliant professionals who had the knowledge, experience and ambition to succeed, yet they still doubted themselves in meetings, hesitated to share their ideas and watched others progress ahead of them.
The problem was never their ability.
It was that their communication didn't reflect it.
That's why I created Fluentra: to help ambitious professionals speak confidently, build influence and accelerate their careers.

Before founding Fluentra in 2022, I spent over a decade in leadership and management roles within prestigious schools across the UK and Dubai. Every day, I led teams, presented to large audiences and communicated with senior stakeholders, and I quickly realised that the professionals who progressed weren't always the most talented. They were the ones who knew how to communicate with confidence, clarity and influence.
So, in 2022, I founded Fluentra with one simple mission: to help ambitious professionals stop second-guessing themselves, speak like leaders and build the confidence to create the careers they deserve.
Since then, I've helped more than 250 professionals across London, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong communicate with greater confidence, build influence and accelerate their careers. Whether they're managers, senior executives, directors or business owners, they all come to Fluentra for the same reason: they know they're capable of more, and they're ready for the way they communicate to reflect it.

Why I Created Fluentra
Most professionals don't need better English.
They need communication that reflects their capability.
Over the years, I've worked with talented professionals who knew their jobs inside out, yet still hesitated in meetings, struggled to influence senior stakeholders or left important presentations wishing they'd been more confident.
Their ability was never the problem.

Before founding Fluentra, I spent over a decade progressing from classroom teacher to Head of Faculty, before becoming a Senior Leader responsible for leading staff across an Outstanding school.
Alongside my leadership experience, I hold a degree and PGCE from Nottingham Trent University, as well as the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) from University College London.
