Create your personalised coaching plan

Once you join, you'll complete a short onboarding questionnaire and attend your dedicated 1:1 mentoring session with Eleishah. Together, you'll identify your communication strengths, the areas holding you back and the goals you'll work on.

Step 3

Start The Career Accelerator course  

Work through the 10 communication modules at your own pace, attend the optional live sessions and apply every strategy to your real workplace conversations. If you miss a session, simply watch the recording whenever it suits you.

Step 4

Complete the modules and continue growing

Once you've completed all 10 pre-recorded communication modules, you'll receive your Certificate of Completion to showcase your professional development on your CV and LinkedIn profile. Most people complete the pre-recorded modules within 6 weeks.
